School Level Social Science Exhibition going on today. Ms.M.K.Rukmani, PGT Economics welcomed the Chief Guest.Respected Principal Sri.A.P.Vinod Kumar inaugurated the programme by lighting the holy lamp.

School Level Debate Competition,Group Song, Group Dance, Skit etc performed by children .

The Project works, Charts and albums were prepared & displayed in such a way that everyone should get a glimpse about Rajasthan and Switzerland.

KHO-KHO MEET FOR GIRLS REGIONAL LEVEL

Regional Level Kho-Kho Meet for Ernakulam Region started at 9:30 am today,22nd August 2013 at the Vidyalaya and 8 teams from 4 different clusters are participating.

The programme started with invocation to Almighty and Venue Principal Sri.A.P.Vinodkumar addressed the gathering. Smt.Shiny George, TGT P&HE , KV Ramavarmapuram welcomed Sri. Saroj.Kumar, Prof. of Dept of Physical Education, N.S.S College Ottapalam to inaugurate the Regional Meet. It was followed by Oath taking ceremony of participants and the inaugural programme concluded by vote of thanks proposed by Sri.M.G.Sriju, TGT English of K.V.Ottapalam.

The Interact Club

As part of the Career guidance and Counselling activity of the Vidyalaya the Rotary Club of Ottapalam headed by Mr. Jayadevan and his team visited to introduce a club "The Interact Club" on 17th August 2013 at 9.00 am . Mr. Jayadevan interacted with the students of X A,B& C, VIII A,B& C,XI C highlighting the importance of Interact and the services they are undertaking towards humanity. The purpose of the Interact is to serve and lead the society thereby brushing up their speaking skills.It also encourages Students Exchange Programmes where students visit another country for a period of 3 months to 1 year and make an effort to understand the tradition & culture of the country and imbibe the same in their country. The District Chairman of Rotary Club Mr.Mervin Jessy also interacted with the students and motivated them to register in Interact and enhance their personality. They assured the Vidyalaya that they will organize more interactions in the school once the club is initiated.
